Two weeks after it struck I started as you are doing back on the treadmill walking. Its been two months now and I am back up to 1/2 marathon distance. Recovery was rapid after I started seeing a sports physiotherapist who got me to do the right type of stretching and exercises to not only tackle the pain but deal with the inbalance in some of the muscle groups that I had gained over the years with my running and lack of stretching etc. Hang in there. Before you know it you will be running better than ever.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7952535.post-66217780534787069752007-03-28T07:46:00.000-05:002007-03-28T07:46:00.000-05:00Glad you are up and moving! Finally, have gotten to the point where the physical therapist says I can try running in April! Once I started listening my knee really started to get better. I am looking forward to adding running to my walking again.

LisaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
