Apology and Promise

Hi folks,

Well clearly the past few weeks have been a scramble for me. Even more than usual. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to keep up with the Blog.

The photo [and I am wearing MANY layers under the jacket] is of Kyle Petty and me at the end of the "Ride to Victory". I promise to get back to the daily blogging here very soon.

No apology necessary John. You look like you're having a blast. Nice to see you smiling. I look forward to reading your posts whenever things get back to normal. (Whatever 'normal' is, LOL!)

I've been running for 4 months and am a new fan of yours. I bought your book, 'no need for speed' on October 7th, and am finding the joy (thanks to you.)

Same here, newbie runner, been running 4 months, and you 'da man!

Keep on keeping on! Thank you for your nourishing writing for us back of the packers!

Wish we could join you for this race but the timing just won't work. Never the less I am signed up for a couple of "Penquin" events in 2007...glad I was able to help in other ways!
